WHY assessments?
Personality assessments are scientifically grounded tools designed to evaluate an individual's characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These assessments are based on well-established psychological theories and models, and a substantial body of research supports their validity, reliability, and utility across various contexts, including clinical, organizational, and personal development settings.
For instance, the Big Five Personality Assessments are about 70-80% effective in predicting behaviors like job performance, health outcomes, and relationship satisfaction.
WHY coaching?
Research indicates that coaching brings an improvement of work performance (70%) and self-confidence (80%). Coaching generates measurable outcomes, nearly nine out of ten companies say they at least made their investment back. (source: ICF Study PWC)
Coaching effectuates on many levels of business development. Those who undertake coaching can increase their productivity, improve their work/life balance, have a clear focus to reach relevant goals, improve decision-making skills, and boost interpersonal effectiveness.
WHY training?
Research conducted by Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation and Stanford Research Center has concluded that 80% of job success is attributed to well-developed soft skills, and only 20% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge.
Soft skills are more critical than ever as organizations need to be increasingly competitive and innovative in our fast changing economy. Specifically sales, management and leadership roles require well developed soft skills.
A person's soft skill is an important part of their individual contribution to the success of an organization. Training or rewarding for personal habits or traits can yield significant return on investment for an organization.
